At over 900k square feet, Mall at Prince George’s has something to satisfy the needs of every shopper. The center offers a unique retail mix of traditional department stores, coveted brands, and delicious dining. Shoppers can choose from retailer favorites like Target, Macy’s, Ulta Beauty, DSW, and Five Below. As part of PREIT’s portfolio-wide strategy to continually improve the quality of its properties, Mall at Prince George’s underwent a $30 million redevelopment project completed in 2018 that features enhanced exterior facing dining and retail, upgraded common areas, remerchandised retail offerings, and more. We are making progress alongside our buyer to bring multi-family units to the site for convenient living and added foot traffic for our tenants. We look forward to the expected opening in 2024.
