PREIT Announces Appointment of Lisa M. Most as General Counsel
Philadelphia, PA, January 17, 2018 – PREIT (NYSE: PEI) today announced the appointment of Lisa M. Most as its General Counsel, replacing Bruce Goldman. Ms. Most holds a JD-MBA degree from Washington University in St. Louis and holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
Ms. Most has been with PREIT since 1999, holding progressive leadership roles at the Company during her tenure. During her time at PREIT, she has been instrumental in building the legal transactional group and in structuring redevelopment and anchor tenant recapture agreements.
I have enjoyed working with Lisa over the years as she has continued to expand her responsibilities and am confident she will serve the Company well in her role as General Counsel.
Ms. Most is a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel, the PA Bar Association and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
