Magnolia Mall serves a captive audience with a strong tenant lineup. Together with the adjacent community center and power center across the street, shoppers travel from over 60 miles.

The closest mall competition is 60 miles to the east (Myrtle Beach) and 60 miles to the west (Columbia).
