Cherry Hill Mall Welcomes Four New Retail and Dining Additions
New openings build on continued leasing momentum at South Jersey’s leading retail destination
PREIT announced four new retail and dining openings at Cherry Hill Mall, underscoring continued demand from both national brands and specialty concepts at one of the region’s most premier shopping destinations. The latest additions include Coach, POP MART, OFFLINE by Aerie and Suki Hana, along with a new relocation lease signed for lululemon.
The new tenants further strengthen Cherry Hill Mall’s balanced mix of luxury, specialty, and experiential retail. Coach enhances the mall’s upscale fashion offerings, while OFFLINE by Aerie expands its active and casual apparel lineup. POP MART further diversifies the specialty retail category, introducing character-based collectibles that appeal to a broad shopper demographic and marking its only store in the Philadelphia area.
In addition, lululemon has signed a new relocation lease and will be expanding into a prominent location within the mall, reinforcing Cherry Hill Mall’s continued momentum with leading national brands.
On the dining side, Suki Hana is now open, offering fast-casual Japanese cuisine including teriyaki bowls, sushi, and hibachi-style favorites. The restaurant expands the mall’s quick-service dining options and provides added convenience for shoppers and employees alike.

These openings build on Cherry Hill Mall’s broader leasing and redevelopment momentum. Construction is underway on a 120,000+-square-foot DICK’s House of Sport, a highly anticipated, next-generation retail concept from DICK’S Sporting Goods, which is slated to open this year. The addition will further enhance the mall’s tenant mix and reinforce Cherry Hill Mall’s position as a leading regional destination for retail, dining, and experiences.
