COVID-19 Updates

Business Updates

This is a challenging time for business. PREIT remains committed to keeping the public updated on our progress and our plans to come out of this crisis stronger than ever.

Malls are critical economic engines in their local communities, employing thousands and generating resources in the form of taxes. They act as community hubs and we look forward to welcoming the public and our tenants back together when its deemed safe to do so. To stay up-to-date on how PREIT is managing its business, view our press releases and news here.

Tenant Resources

Our Tenants are important partners and we are all in this together.

We have compiled resources for our tenants here.

We are also supporting our small business tenants through our Shop Local pages.

Community Support

Malls have always been a uniting force in their communities.

At PREIT we believe the most important thing we can do during this time is support the communities we serve – including the food and other essential businesses that remain open for business and other essential workers in our communities. You can read about our efforts to support our various community partners here.

Mall Operations

For the health and safety of our properties, our enclosed malls are currently closed.  Please visit our recovery page for updates on mall openings.

PREIT strives to create a safe and secure environment for mall staff and consumers. As news of the spread of COVID-19, coronavirus, has become more clear, we are providing updates on operations here.  This is an incredibly fluid situation and we appreciate our employees, store employees, tenants and customers for their support during this challenging time.
