Reporting of violations is important to ensure that the Company detects, investigates, and corrects violations, and takes preventive steps to prevent recurrence of violations. Employees are encouraged to speak with supervisors or Human Resources about any observed illegal or unethical behavior or if they are in doubt about the best course of action to take in a particular circumstance. Employees are also encouraged to use the Company’s anonymous hotline EthicsPoint or 866-737-6809 to report any concerns regarding the Company’s compliance with any law, the Employee Handbook, or other Company policy, including but not limited to those pertaining to financial reporting and disclosures, financial and accounting controls, auditing matters, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, safety, or any impropriety by any employee of the Company.
