Capital City Mall is centrally located in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania
on US Route 15 next to numerous major highways, as well as
Pennsylvania's state capitol. As the dominate shopping center in the
Harrisburg area, the center has several exclusive tenants to the market.
The trade area is a combination of four counties — Cumberland,
Dauphin, York and Perry counties. An extensive redevelopment of the
center was completed in 2006, and included the addition of a new
nine-bay Food Court and Garfield's Restaurant. In addition, 30,000
square feet of retail space was redeveloped into a new retail wing,
highlighted by new retailers including Hollister Co., Forever 21 and
Wet Seal.
