Cherry Hill Mall is easily accessible to the Philadelphia market (10 miles away) via four major bridges, it
also draws successfully from Burlington, Camden and Gloucester Counties via Interstate 295, the New Jersey
Turnpike and Route 70 and 38. The mall features an extraordinary collection of specialty retailers exclusive
to the South Jersey market including Sephora, Brooks Brothers, Coach, bebe, Cache and MAC. Opened in 1961, the
mall continues to evolve to serve its customer base, and extensive redevelopment plans are underway to reach an
incomparable level in merchandising and ambiance to serve the region. Plans include the addition of Nordstrom
(opening Spring 2009) and a restaurant row along the mall's exterior on heavily traveled Route 38. A full-scale
interior renovation will be completed in 2008. Crate & Barrel and The Container Store opened outside the mall in late Fall 2007.
