Dartmouth Mall, located in the South Coast region of Massachusetts,
is the hub of an expanding retail district. The trade area encompasses
the cities of Fall River, New Bedford and growing bedroom communities
along the Route 6, 140, 24, and I-195 corridors. The mall also draws
from communities to the east including the upper CapeCod region,
which is approximately 35-40 miles from the center, as well as the
towns in eastern Rhode Island (Aquidneck Island, north of Newport)

accessible to boaters, cruise ships and ferries to Martha's Vineyard and

port in the nation.
