Lycoming Mall is located in North Central Pennsylvania's retail hub, approximately 12 miles east of Williamsport, known as the county seat and focal point of Lycoming County.

Nearby Williamsport is the birthplace and home of Little League Baseball. The area becomes the focus of attention each August during the annual Little League World series which draws over 100,000 spectators during the annual 2-week event.
