Valley View Mall is a regional mall located in La Crosse County in
west-central Wisconsin and reaches a trade area within a 50-mile radius
including communities in three states; it is the only enclosed mall within
a 75-mile radius. The city of La Crosse is located along the Mississippi
River, approximately halfway between Minneapolis, Minnesota and
Madison, Wisconsin, and is known for its educational and recreational
opportunities. Valley View Mall has an excellent location, situated at the
intersection of State Highways 16 & 157, one mile south of I-90, and
within 5 miles of the La Crosse Municipal Airport. The center features
