Moorestown Mall is located in Burlington County on Route 38 and is ideally positioned
to serve the most affluent portion of Philadelphia's New Jersey suburbs, in fact, higher
per capita income levels exist in the "3M's" - Marlton, Moorestown and Mt. Laurel than
in Philadelphia's "Main Line" neighborhoods. Burlington County is also projected to have
the fastest growth rate in employment and new homes among New Jersey's twenty-one counties
over the next five years. Plans are underway to redevelop the exterior of the mall along
heavily traveled Route 38, which include renovating the building's facade and adding
