PREIT is aggressively seeking well-anchored enclosed malls in growing secondary and
primary markets in the Eastern half of the United States. The malls should be 500,000sf
or greater and should be at or capable of reaching $300psf in sales. Opportunities to
expand or redevelop the mall and adjacent land and outparcels are desirable.
